Eligibility for Returns:

You may return most items purchased through srfmart.com within two days of the delivery date. 


Provided the following conditions are met:

The product is in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.

The product is not damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.

The product is not a non-returnable item (see exclusions below).


Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons, safety regulations, or other factors. These may include (but are not limited to):   

Perishable goods, intimate apparel, swimwear, personalized items, gift cards.


Return Process:

Return Authorization: Our customer support team will review your request and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number if your return is approved.   

Packaging and Shipping: Securely package the item in its original packaging (if available) and include all original accessories and documentation. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.

Exchanges:

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, we will issue a refund instead.


Store Credit:

If you choose to receive store credit, the amount will be credited to your srfmart.com account and can be used for future purchases.


Damaged or Defective Products:
