These Terms and Conditions govern your participation as a member of srfmart. You should read them carefully.These Terms and Conditions are effective from the date of their publication on srfmart.com. srfmart change any of these Terms and Conditions, as well as the operation or Benefits of srfmart, at any time. While prior notice of changes to these Terms and Conditions may not always be possible due to operational or other considerations, srfmart, will endeavor to give you reasonable notice of any material changes.

Terms & Conditions

Account means the membership account assigned to a Main Member.

srfmart Points expiry date means one (1) months from the date of accrual.

Joining srfmart.com. To activate your account you must buy some product from srfmart every month. 

Account: Each member is assigned a unique membership account and membership number. Multiple accounts held by the same individual may be merged, and duplicate points bonuses from the same activity may be removed.

Earning Points: Points are earned for purchases made at designated locations. 

Redeeming Points: Points can be redeemed for cash.

How to spend your srfmart.com  Points

You can redeem srfmart Points on their next purchase after points are accrued. You can choose to use them yourself or redeem for any other individual of your choice.We may deny redemption if we find any mismatch of information provided by the member. 

Personal Data and Account Security: srfmart is committed to protecting members' privacy and complies with applicable data protection laws. Personal data is collected and processed for the purposes of enrolling and administering the program and providing benefits.

Termination of Membership: srfmart may suspend or terminate membership for fraudulent, irregular, dishonest, or suspicious activities, knowingly supplying incorrect information, or attempting to obtain points or benefits for ineligible transactions.

Other Information: Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. srfmart  reserves the right to amend redemption levels and fees without notice. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.
